We need to preserve the beautiful Gig Harbor. We do not have the infrastructure to handle another large development in this town.

We cannot allow developers to back door and camouflage nonconforming high density uses without required community input, permitting or investment in infrastructure.

This will destroy the peaceful environment of the Olson Dr. area. This is not within city limits and would be a massive disappointment to our neighborhood to have right down the road.

Please don’t destroy natural habitat with homes that are not necessary!!!! Money isn’t everything——- natural woods and fields, cannot be replaced!!

The schools when open already make enough traffic this road can handle. If there was an emergency (which being a senior community there will be) you are putting residents at risk.

It is alarming to think that the county would allow this to get by zoning!
