Shame on you if you take a pay rise and then deprive all these kids of their favourite park!

Rosehill park feels particularly safe, especially if you have younger children as it is small and enclosed. It serves a large area, not just the Rosehill area. We live near Walsworth Common but still often use Rosehill Park. NHDC you should be encouraging parents to get their children out playing in the fresh air NOT closing the few safe play areas we have.

This park has been well used since the Rosehill estate was built. Myself & brothers played here when we were children & our own children have enjoyed playing here too. The park should be preserved for future generations to enjoy

It is so very important in this day and age to get our children off the seats and computers and out into a safe environment such as this park. If you close this where will they play safely? Answer that please!

This park is invaluable to countless numbers of children! It's a pretty area, it's small and friendly and should be available to any child from the local area! It needs investment, love and attention not a threaten of closure! It's shameful that this park and others around Hitchin are not safe from being closed down! We need to ensure that this doesn't happen now or in the future.... please leave the parks for children and their parents, grandparents and carers to use now and for future generations. They are invaluable.

This decision does not make sense, the park is well used and well located for all the families on Rosehill. NHDC claims to have children's long term well being as a key driver for their decision making and strategic planning. This decision totally goes against this.

You have my full support in opposing this ridiculous and pointless cut which saves little money but deprives of a marvellous amenity.

My boys both love this park and it's perfect for them to get some fresh air after school or at the weekend.
