Ripper Street is a superb drama and I look forward to seeing it every week! Well written, acted and executed, it is a gritty drama with some good characters, plots and stories. The fact that the BBC appear to be chasing ratings, what happened to TV for all audiences, as for reality TV i would not give any of it air time and there is too much of it now! Come on BBC honour us with a further commission of this excellent drama, bring back Ripper Street!

I live in the US and discovered this show totally by accident. I watched all of the first series in one day....that was a rough day but I was completely captivated! I then watched thie new series as the weeks went by and it has grown in strength and complexity. Please save this show so I can continue to view quality TV. It's a shame US TV isn't as captivating.!

Ripper Street is actually good. Its not patronising, has good story lines, is historically accurate, infomative & entertaining. I can't believe I thought license fee was paid so the BBC could make good programmes. Not programmes that beat "I'm a Celebrity". Come on beeb, you're better then the ratings war, surely?

This is an excellent show, why do the BBC keep on bringing back dross like Holby City Casualty and Eastenders.
