Please preserve outdoor dining and anything else that helps the struggling businesses in the downtown area. Also preserve the walkability of the town, including closing off the streets to traffic on weekends.

I prefer outside dining, even without a pandemic. Really enjoyed the little heated cabanas and outdoor tables. Feels festive and helps restaurants, given the pricey real estate.

I was born in Ridgewood and graduated from Ridgewood High School, “Town” is very special to my family and I and we love outdoor dining. Please keep the cozy peaceful option. We need it in these troubled times where people feel alone.
