There's loads of places that need attention a revamping something new but this ain't broke so don't try to fix it !!!!!!

It is the duty of the council to create the right conditions for small business to develop, grow and thrive. So where you have a successful business like this then everything should be done to keep employment going that attracts tourist trade to the area.

The Cavern Club in Liverpool was filled to make way for a car park - they then had to replace it with a fake on the other side of Matthew Street as a tourist destination. Hope you can make your council see a bit of common sense.

i sincerely hope the council take in to account the considerations of the resident businesses at Rhos Point. I love Rhos on Sea and would hate to see the old world charm change. Part of that charm are the fishing and sea sports shops they are the only ones around and fishing in Rhos is very much part of the tourist trade. If the are does need redevelopment please let it be sympathetic let it encompass the old stone and resident businesses. I think the only thing that's needs change and would benefit the village is a Medical Centre but that's another issue that needs addressing.

I have often wondered what the councils agenda is re Colwyn Bay promenade/ sea front, fishing is getting pushed further and further away from the local amenities, and to fish the night tides and stay over you are pushed well out of town, please don't lose the one thing that brings me back there the fantastic tackle and bait shop at Rhos point.

This shop must not be allowed to close down. People from all over the country come to this shop to buy bait, and go out fishing on his boats. People from the midland and other areas get the opportunity to go out to sea on a boat and fish, it also brings much revenue to the town. .We have enough shops closing down due to the lack of customers why shut down a happy business. Conwy think again.
