I lived in that area for years and enjoyed recreating in that area. Development will ultimately degrade quality of life opportunities for the local population. There is a lot of desert out there so please build someplace else. Red Rocks has been encroached on enough.

We need to build up not out! Quite trying to build in beautiful places just to make a profit! I'm sure you're doing perfectly fine without building there!
