The proximity to Red Rock is way too close, if you want to build out there then expand near or with Blue Diamond.

Part of the reason I love Red Rock Canyon is escaping the city and feeling like I'm in a wild place. This area is no place for homes and developments!! Please keep this unique and delicate place wild.
