Enough new developments already! These developers should use their financial resources to contribute to the Las Vegas community by improving the current glut of empty homes by preparing them for resale. Work with the owners of those properties (banks, lending institutions or landlords), to make those properties livable again. That is altruism; that is admirable and shows integrity.

It's entirely inappropriate to build in that area. Red rock and its surroundings are as close to scared as you can get for southern Nevadans. Develop your own backyard, not ours.

Stop this never-ending expansion into a jewel of the American West. How much development is enough? When will the sprawl end? Revitalize existing neighborhoods. Once the area surrounding Red Rocks is overrun it will be lost forever.

We need to keep all of Red Rock natural. Houses have been built close enough. Please find somewhere else so it doesn't impact the natural area that is there.

When I go to Vegas it is not to see the strip or to gamble it is to go to Red Rock. Leave it as it is for future generations to enjoy.

Red Rock Canyon and the surrounding area is a refuge for those who want to be renewed and refreshed from the city. It has been a place for me to be surrounded by the peace and quiet that I need and there are many more who would agree.

Please say no to further development by Red Rock Canyon. There are too many houses in the Vegas market already and we don't need them in a pristine place like Red Rock Canyon in any case.
