I grew up in Las Vegas and Red Rock Canyon is one of the last places of beauty left in the region. Greedy developers want to make it a haven for the rich. Just say NO.

I was raised in Las Vegas and have been here for over 20 years. I have been going to Red Rock Canyon ever since I was a kid and now I take my kid there, we go to Red Rock at least three times a month to hike, picnic and enjoy nature. I would hate to see the place get ruined by housing developers they have build close enough as it is! Leave Red Rock alone!

I lived near red rocks for 9 years and it was my favorite place there. Much of the beauty was the pristine view. Don't ruin it forever

I'm a Thai Climber, I've been to red rock canyon this spring. I think red rock canyon is one of the best climbing area in the US.

I come to Las Vegas frequently to rock climb. Urban sprawl has no place in the desert and would make me more likely to go elsewhere on vacation.

I've been visiting Red Rock for over 30 years to climb and hike, and it's a very special place to me. The feeling of a wild place so close to a major city is essential to its appeal, and this feeling would be seriously jeopardized by the proposed development. Red Rock is THE reason I travel to Las Vegas. Please don't change it!

I lived in the first neighborhood built in the SW of Las Vegas, just west of Mountains Edge (before it existed) for over 6 years. During that time, we frequented Red Rock & found much respite, adventure, & unique landscape, people & culture. It was a great haven to us, different from the rest of Las Vegas, which we also loved for its own reasons. My family and I believe the Red Rock area/canyon should maintain its original authentic natural beauty, which was a huge reason we went, not look and feel more like Las Vegas. Please do not develop & populate this beautiful area. It would take away from the natural beauty, add even more traffic, and take away from the experience that it is currently & has been for so long. Please find a different place to develop in the desert, not so close to/inside of a national park. The repercussions/cons clearly outweigh the positives in this case. Thank you.
