The environment surrounding Red Rock Canyon including Blue Hills is a very special place for me. It was my first rock climbing road trip; it was my first experience with the Nevada desert; it is now a haven for me to escape the NY/NJ stress. Please leave this fragile and sacred area as it is.

As a lifelong Las Vegan, I've watched as our city has crept closer and closer to Red Rock Canyon. This is a national treasure. Future generations will judge us harshly if we don't protect it and say enough is enough.

We're running out of natural space as it is, we can't allow this to happen. Move your ass to some metropolitan area far from the beauty of nature so we can all enjoy it the way it's supposed to be.

Doing things 'to' the land is one way to think... Being on the land is another way to just 'be.' Remember how to just 'BE' ?

Love climbing there!
