Red rock is a treasure for all not just for those who want to build homes there. A natural place of beauty and worth protecting.

Don't destroy something that's actually beautiful in Las Vegas.

As an avid user of this resource I encourage local officials to respect the rural designation.

Please don't build in red rocks, plenty of other places. It would deture a lot of tourists

I lived in the Las Vegas area for 36 years. This is an ongoing fight that needs to be won for the environment, and the enjoyment of all, not the greed of a few.

Vegas has been expanding since its incorporation as a city and there has to be a limit! I don't want to climb in the canyon or the basin and see houses and buildings on the near horizon.

I have never been there but like to someday so it needs to be preserved for those of us who haven't had the opportunity to visit there.

Red Rock is a gem of nature so close to a large city. Please protect and preserve this open space which is popular with hikers, birders, runners, climbers and more, so that others may enjoy it for the treasure it is.

DONT RUIN REDROCK BY EXPANDING CITY LIMITS. It's the one beautiful outdoors place where us Vegas NATIVES can go TRULY enjoy the outdoors

How can we afford a beautiful, unobstructed view of nature, when those who can afford to steal it away from us do? Are we supposed to get together to buy another planet where there won't be any stupid buildings in our way? Does the word "prestine" mean anything anymore? I guess it doesn't if it no longer exist. Lets keep that from happening.
