There is plenty of other areas to develop leave this area alone. It must be preserved. The beauty will be ruined with development. Housing is the start next will be commercial to support the housing.

My family and I have been enjoying the beauty and serenity of Red Rock Canyon for 15 years. I now regularly take my grandchild there. I do not want it ruined by non-rural development.

Our natural places are quickly disappearing. We need recreational areas to enjoy and to preserve for generations to come. It is their legacy and we must protect it for them.

Please, keep Red Rocks as is. I have visited the Las Vegas areas specifically to climb at Red Rock for over a decade. I love the silence and beauty of the desert and I believe the proposed development would negatively impact those qualities. Please, keep Red Rock wild. Thank you.

Having once been a Vegas resident, going to experience the beauty of Red Rock Canyon is one of the few areas that beckons me back. I have so many fond memories there and I love to enjoy one of the few punches of unspoiled nature that southern Nevada has to offer. Losing this magnificent area would be tragic not just for tourism, but for the millions of organisms which thrive in its plush landscape and waters.
Sincerely,
Denise Walsh
