I intend to visit Red Rocks to climb and not have it spoilt by housing developments.

Red Rock is a treasure that belongs to all the people of Las Vegas, those that come to Las Vegas to visit it and many future generations to come. It must not be spoiled by a developer primarily for their own personal gain.

One of the best things about Las Vegas, we must protect this and all of the NPS.

We can't make one of the most beautiful places in this desert home to rich snobs who will abuse the land

Save Red Rock! My dog loves the red rock canyon. I love my job working for the theatre at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. I can't imagine the Las Vegas area without this great aspect.

This is the one of few places that native Nevadans have to get away from the hustle of the city we live in. Don't rob us of that!

Since moving to the Las Vegas area over a decade and a half ago, I've seen the suburban creep slowly take over the land leading up to Red Rock, and it's been heartbreaking. A sea of pre-fab houses has replaced what was once spectacular landscape. We don't need more houses; the area has grown too quickly and too much, with vacant houses all over. I truly hope we are able to preserve the natural habitat that remains.
