They should shut down gypsum operation if we pay 80m for his troubles. If he’s able to develop he will make hundreds more. It’s no longer a need to mine gypsum, he doesn’t sell to the plant and the water needed is a challenge for the aquifer. If he ever builds they will bring their own source and no longer be a burden to the aquifer anyway. Hopefully the construction traffic stays on blue diamond road as well too. Thank you

Red Rock is one of the few areas that we can still go to and hike in a natural setting that is historical, beautiful, and free from traffic and urban sprawl. We need to keep this valuable resource and not have it cluttered with development. Please preserve Red Rock for future generations!

Keep this precious ecosystem safe. We are already at capacity for this area. 3500 more cars, traffic etc etc would ruin our crowning jewel Red Rock canyon.

Please consider ceasing development west of the city. Keeping this area away away from development is important for the future of every who lives here in the desert. The desert has precious resources for keeping the temperature down, absorbing water, and carbon offset. Destroying these lands not only creates an eye sore but a serious health and wellness situation for our future.
