Even with the restrictions listed in the agreement, putting 3500 homes right off SR159 (designated a Nevada Scenic Byway) is crazy. I understand the property owner has the right to develop the land, but there’s got to be a better way for him to make his millions and still keep Red Rock rural.

I am opposed to any change in zoning that increases the density of housing in the red rock overlay district.

Keep some things sacred . And you wonder why coyotes and other animals are coming around. More people more problems.

I lived in Vegas for a year and a half and red rock canyon was the go to for getting out of the city and seeing the beauty nature has to offer. To build there would be so sad to see. Definitely won’t be coming back if they do

Please leave redrock canyon alone. We that live here need the serenity and beauty of being able to go here to have peace. It is the wildlife's habitat as well. Please leave this land alone. Tourists enjoy it as well.

Please do not allow further development anywhere on the Red Rock loop. We don’t have a lot of natural recreation areas near Las Vegas, but the Red Rock loop and Spring Mountains are one of the most accessible, beautiful areas. I look at the decimation of the mountains at the south end of Green Valley and dread something like that being allow to scar the beauty and serenity of Red Rock. Please stop this development and don’t allow any others.

Our internationally-known Red Rock Canyon is a special place that any further encroaching development will ruin permanently.

Please keep Red Rock safe from non-rural development. Our community deserves Red Rocks many recreational opportunities. My tax dollars should go towards the support of Red Rock’s conservation!
