Blue Diamond Hill should not become a housing subdivision or an invasion of traffic congestion, noise and light pollution, or visual impairment to such a beautiful conservation area. If you put thousands of residential homes on top of that hill, along with commercial businesses you are simply waiting for disaster to happen. People are messy and that mess will blow down to the valley below with every major wind event. And no matter how much infrastructure you install, everything runs down hill (eventually) and the runoff from human space will be toxic. In addition, Blue Diamond Hill is being minded for gypsum which is highly soluble and once residents start to irrigate their plants, the water will begin to dissolve the gypsum, causing structural problems over time. In short, the whole project is a very bad idea.

Growing up in Vegas Red Rock has become one of the only places that you can actually get away from the fast paced life. There's so much land to build homes on besides Red Rock.

Please don't build in Red Rock Canyon area. Hiking in the area is awesome. It's the biggest reason I love this area.
