As a frequent hiker out there, I've spent many many a weekend enjoying the beauty of Red Rock when I lived in Las Vegas, and I would HATE for it to be spoiled by houses and shopping centers. It's an amazing place to get away from the hustle of Vegas, yet close enough that it doesn't require a massive time or money commitment to get to.

Leave Red Rock the way it is. Animals need to stay wild and to roam. Let's conserve our unique site for visitors and animals.

Leave Red Rock area like it is. There are way too many empty homes in this valley to be building more of them. Only someone who has no respect for nature would even consider building there.

I think they need to leave red Rock alone and let nature be. The animals are running out of places to live.

Let's keep Nevada rural and maintain our gorgeous landscapes that surround Las vegas that only adds to the divirsity of Las Vegas and Nevada as a whole. Offering more for tourist and families then just the strip for options.

The lack of national parks nearby is already a sort of depressive fact for me. To lose Red Rock, a contributor to my love for hiking and many childhood and recent memories, would be a worthless loss. Don't let this happen!
