Once destroyed the natural beauty of Red Rock can never be restored. This is also a huge burden on an area better suited for far less development.

Red Rock belongs to the animals and plants that reside there, and to the residents of Las Vegas who go there to escape our bustling city. Biulding thousands of housed would RUIN the ecosystem (not just the view). 2017 had a god awful start, we need a victory. KEEP OUR LAND IN THE HANDS OF NATURE NOT GREEDY MONEY-GRUBBING ONES.

Redrock is the only kind of good hiking and nature exploring around this city. Please don't ruin it!

I used to live in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas and moved to Texas about 7 years ago. My family and I return every summer to visit friends, family, and the beautiful scenery. It would be such a shame and travesty to go back one year and it be gone. It would be like destroying my memories right in front of me.

Part of going to red rock is taking that long road that doesn't have much around besides the beautiful scenery. You can't take that away.

Outdoor recreation is a multibillion-dollar industry and in Nevada alone, it accounts for over $14 billion in consumer spending, 148,000 direct jobs, and $1 billion in state and local tax revenue - why would anyone want to risk damaging such an important part of our state's economy?
