I've lived in Las Vegas my whole life with these mountains in my backyard. There is nothing more important than our natural surroundings, they need to be conserved; there is nothing more sacred.

One builder or housing development on red Rock isn't going to change the landscape of Vegas. But it's also not going to stop there.. They're going to want to continue to encroach as much as possible for personal greed. This would be a horrible decision for this community and our national park.

I love this place for hiking and climbing. Keep all the houses and development in the city please!

How is this even okay. It's obvious that those who support the bill are only in it for their interests, not the communities.

I am a Las Vegas NATIVE, born here 37 years ago, and I come back often. I absolutely positively oppose development anywhere near this sacred land. I hiked out there today, and saw wildlife, plants and then a few nasty utility poles and houses. Keep the houses OFF THIS LAND. There is plenty of space to develop that is not here. YOU DO NOT OWN THIS LAND IT BELONGS TO THE EARTH.

We barrow this land from our children's children. Our beautiful planet needs to be preserved & cherished by many decades to come. Red Rock is an untouched land that many city dwellers can go to to escape into the wilderness. Please don't ruin the landscape with the latest modern homestead.

I grew up in Las Vegas and it will always be home. To take away such a historic landmark, like Redrock is would be a down right atrocity. Leave it alone, so the masses can take thier kids thier.

No more building. It's enough. We have dead dirt all over. Use that. Stop getting so greedy!!!

I hike here almost every week, and have purchased annual passes for the last Two years. Developing near, around or through Red Rock will greatly impact some of the very few natural beauties Las Vegas has to offer. I hope that you reconsider your position and will allow Las Vegas to keep this land and its inhabitants undisturbed.
