This is a disgusting battle to even have to fight. We have so little left as of natural beauty in our valley, and building and developing red rock will be a twisted abuse of the land we are so lucky to have! Keep Red Rock the way it is! It infuriates me to even think about the city even considering to go forth and develop any further at this place at any point in time.

This is not okay. Red rock is amazing place and should not be destroyed. The earth deserves better than this.

I grew up in Las Vegas, and going out to Red Rock for hiking or bicycling the loop was a favorite past time, a way that I could connect with nature and escape the city. People need places like this. I may have left for awhile, but I plan to be back, and I hope this place is still available for my family to escape the pressures of the city, to go rock climbing and hiking, and to just have a beautiful place to go.

When I lived in Las Vegas, Red Rock Canyon and surrounding desert was my favorite place to go to get out of city. My friends and I would go out at least 3 times a week, pick a mountain to climb, then climb it. On my recent visits to Vegas, I am shocked that the urbanization gets closer and closer to this beautiful place. Please keep it that way.

We must save our natural resource for generations to come. No ugly homes should destroy this. No

Leave Red Rock alone. You are going to ruin one of nature's most spectacular pieces of work. What is wrong with you?
