I do not support the short-sighted redundancy action being proposed. It’s been applied throughout universities and has not worked, instead has created more problems

My eldest child graduated RFA and without the RFA office staff we couldn’t get any communication done due to her illness communication is the most important part and overall all the office staff helped promptly and correctly. Less staff means no work will be done correctly and this would effect so many ways to our kids and community. Please be considerate what is the best way for our kids and school.

The office staff at RFA are amazing and need a raise not to loose their job. The school would not function as well as they do without them doing their jobs as well as they do.

As a parent and a human being, I think this
is wrong and to even think that a staff member’ s pay will be reduced is unethical. The cost of living continues to go up; how are these staff supposed to support their families honestly.

This will have huge ramifications in so many ways for individual schools and potentially, the Trust on a whole. Potentially damaging to their reputation as an employer and Trust Leader in education if parents choose not to send their children to a Trust school, impacting overall funding. Could potentially impact learning outcomes as leaders and teachers leave due to the extra work added to their already heavy workload.

The times we are in its so important to have the admim team available to communicate on the phone, letters. Its unreasonable to only have 2 admin to man the reception.
