Railway promote Officers are getting demoralised by biased decisions of Railway Board. Stop discrimination, Save Indian Railways. Even staff is getting demoralised by seeing the condition of their senior.

Service rendered in Group B should have value in getting JAG. Or else time bound promotion upto JAG level should be extended to Group B officers also.

Senirty of group B should be equal to group A.because committion in gr. B is more than gr.A and gr. B has experianse in addition.
