Whatever rules are required to be framed should be framed and issued to ensure equal promotion opportunities for officers.There should not be any discrimination on the ground of Group A and Group B.
Whenever we talk of work,SOP ,they are classified as Junior Scale ,Senior Scale and so on .Policies related to promotion should also use the same term to address officers.

If administration does not like to encourage group B at least shall not act in a way which may demoralise the and it is not in the interest of Railway organisation.

Stop demoralising to Gr B, we have also a part of our systems. Systems cannot run smoothly if their group of employees feeling insecured. Save Gr B and save railway. Thanks
