Railways has many self destructive measures: 1. Increasing the post of top officials by surrendering post of lower official posts. 2. No assured promotion policy for graduate engineer who joined railways as SSE or in grade of Rs 4600. 3. Introduction of large scale AMC in the name of new technologies. 4. All technical training for new technologies is enjoyed by officials who have no role in regular maintenance. 5. Pyramid type structure in gazetted cadre for fast promotion in name of cadre restructuring.

It is a biased decision when matter is subjudice. When court rejected to give relief gp A aplicant how can Board isuue orders on 7/12/17 inf/ o gp A?

On one hand the 9 services jointly represent to PMO for at par treatment with IAS whereas in practise they treat with discrimnation. Staying the departmental promotions on petty grounds using legal barriers and conducive interpretations whereas ensuring free flow of direct stream is a mean step by people in driving seats. why was this much desired change reqd .. Is it merely to invoke an unrest in the government transporter. Administration is about teamwork ..not about superiority. Success is never individual or in isolation rather collective. The complete team of group c and group b form the base n foundation besides 90 percent of Railway piramid. Restore the channel ...thats d only way out

Does our experience has no value in our service . Same work with such discrimination is not fair. We do our work besides it we do sometime supervisors work also. We had paid so much time to have this knowledge in our blood. Save Gr.B officers, and save railways.

Stop differentiate Direct Officers & Promotee Officers, as Promotee Officers has to shoulder same responsibility as Direct Officers in the same job assignment.
