@PMOIndia @narendramodi kindly help Railway promote Officers from getting demoralised by biased decisions of Railway Board vide Letter No. E(O)I/2014/SR-6/11CC pt dated 06/12/2017 & 07/12/2017. Kindly look into this matter & save thousands of hardworking promote Railway Officers

I am totally against the order issued by railway board to revert the promotee officer. It should not be implemented

Please understand the concerns of other class of employees for their promotions, just not the self alone, if you want to be a better administrator and if you want the organisation to be healthier. Extra benefit need not be given. Let the legitimate benefit of promotion only be given. Don't snatch it and have a pleasure at the pain of others.
After all TOP group has an assured carrer progression of reaching HAG in life time.
A group C appointed as SSE being the same engineering graduate has no such assurance even after 30 years if service. Please look down and understand their concerns being in their shoes, if you want to be really TOP in encouraging the morals of others.

Gr.B officers are the vital clog in Rly.appratus and theirs demorlisation and demotivation will adversely affect the growth of organisation

If such type of sheer biased attitude by Railway itself. Towards its officers who are fully dedicated to his duty. It shows clear cut injustice with the officers, called promotee officers. Even though the technical qualifications and competency is nowhere below the DR officers.
Why the discrimination to be tolerated. When it is question of career the fight upto end result.
