SAVE RAILWAYS: STOP DEMORALISATION OF PROMOTEE OFFICERS and HARD WORKING STAFF

Stop demoralising promotee officers of Indian railways by reverting and not giving chance of promotion to JA grade

Almost no promotte officer reaches SAG, then why these direct officer are crying to compare with us

Equal work, equal pay. Post are transferable why this dicrimination that promotee officers get step motherly treatment in promotion.

Stop demolarising confidence of promotee officer. Railway board letter DTD 06.12 and 07.12.17 to be withdrawn in railway intrest

Respect the rights of promotee officers. Same work, same responsibilities and interchangeable portfolio , then why discrimination, why not same pay and promotion opportunity.

Dont derail the system by demoralising promoted officers . If all are flesh we are the bones of Indian Railways

Promotee officer have every right to get promotion. Unilateral decision of RB for Gr A only is not acceptable. This is completely injustice for Gr B officer. Either revert or ready to face the consequences.

Worst condition of group B officer , same as condition of Indian people just before independence.

Such type of demorlising atmosphere for Gr-B officers Will ultimately demotivate our group towards dedication to Rly which is not good for the system and our country. Afterall we dedicated people have given our best to improve the Rly system. We always respect our senior officers and done our job without demanding any exta previlage. We feel the differenciation done by some of our seniors but still respect them. Now the time has come to unite and go upto any extent to save our Group. Aee.trd.dhn

Promote Officers are the backbone of Indian Railways don’t break it ... even a slip disc causes intolerable pain

Need justice to promotee officer. No iterim biased orders should be issued by railway board till decision of supreme Court.
