Total discrimination & dissimilar treatment for similar nature of duties & responsibilities between officers is against fundamental principles of democracy and constitution in true spirit... let efficiency prevail through justified career progression of promotee officer whose contribution to the organization is unmatched.. Administration cannot be a mute spectator to the vertical divide among officers thrown out of legal tangles.. Let shackles of partisan attitude be broken and justice prevail..

In other Central Govt sectors the ratio is normally 50:50,whereas in Rlys it is 75:25.We should also fight for cadre ratio of 50:50 I.E Direct vs Promote.

Demoralisation of promotee officers and SSE to be stopped. We all must unite to fight against such menace.

This is unjustice that honerable CAT and High court has passed the order against huge numbers of officers with out hearing them and not making party them. This is against natural justice.
