True sir let RB take a decision that all present group b officers shall be reverted back to group c . And in future there will be no group b recruitment on railways. A person who joins as Sse with btech qualification through rrb at the age of say 25 years, shall remain I the post of Sse for 35 long years sincerely working for the railways dedicating his health and forgoing his family life . Whereas another person , with same qualification joins Aste in group A at the age of 25 years through UPSC , shall enjoy all the railway benefits through out his service and reach the post of HAG in the ranks and go on giving his advices to his subordinates.

we should get GrA just after 3years entry in Gr B service. But all top to bottom of Gr A biased against Gr B Officers. It is humalating will result some bad news.

Equal work equal pay should be given. Promoted officers have more experience and are also having positive attitude to work on their best for their organization.

Whether RB has done damage or not , but cat courts are playing Mickey and mouse game on the lives of class 2 officers by giving judgements.

It is unjust to treat promoter officers without eqi rights in par with direct officers.
Ignoring the value of experienced promoter officers is not good for effective functioning of Railway system.

Very much humiliation of promotee officers,even could not get SS in 11 years how we can survive in such system ,why like RPF we can not get direct entry in group A ,other wise stop promotion from group C to B,

The recent Rly BDS orders dt 6/12 & 7/12 ordering for withdrawal of promotion s is very demoralising and totally destroying we Grp B officers cadre n career. Please save us.
