SAVE RAILWAYS: STOP DEMORALISATION OF PROMOTEE OFFICERS and HARD WORKING STAFF

Very humiliating and arbitrary decision by Railway Board

Need immediate redreessal in the interests of Railways

Promotee officers are backbone of Indian Railways as they are much experienced, trustworthy, hardworking and always dependable. However indifferent attitude by the RB towards Promotee officers in respect of career progression is highly incorrect. Recently RB have issued order for banning SS promotion and JAG promotion is objectionable as the same is not in order, because IR is not coming under the preview of DOPT as per allocation of business . If backbone is neglected the entire body will collapse, so IR should take steps to restore the high morale among Promotee officers by stoping stepmotherly attitude .

Promoter officers are the backbone of Indian Railways. Stop discrimination, degradation and demoralization of promoter officers.

There is discrimination in officers of railways by recruitment mode. Board appears to be openly favorin with direct recruit officers instead of being neutral.

Group B officer are backbone of railway safety. ..save group B office..

Sir pls stop discrimination with promotee officers promotee officers give their 100% and known as back bone of Indian Railway. You should withdraw the letter issued by Board on 07.12.2017 for stopping the promotion of promotee officers.

Save Group B officers ....High level Group A officers passing orders in favour Group A officer only & harming growth of Group B officer.
