What is discriminatory?? And look who is talking about equality?? Are UPSC and LDCE equal?? They are north pole and south pole in equality.. First compete through an equal level examination and then demand equal status and pay.. promotees in rly got more than they deserved and the extra given should be taken back asap

When same work is done by promotee as well as group A officers why equal opportunities in pay and promotion are not given to promotee officers.
