It really pains to see the dismal job progression of the Promotee officers in the Railways.Equal pay for equal work is our constitutional right..even that is not given.

Group A officers are enjoying in Railways in all respect. Group B officers are deprived everywhere, they are only hardworking people

Railway promote Officers are getting demoralised by biased decisions of Railway Board. Stop discrimination, Save Indian Railways .grpB officers in railway not getting Promotion in senior scale even after 6 to 9 yrs service. and direct officers getting their promotion benefits with in time.
GrpB officers in railway not.getting grpA due to not conducting DPC with in time by UPSC, DOPT and RB. carriers progration of grpB officers in railway with helding due wronge policy of grpA in railway board. So grpC staff also not getting the promotion and their carrier progressions also stop.

Yes Railways promoter officers are feeling betrayed by courts and others. Courts ask to follow DOPT but DOPT never considers the Railway and we really feeling low..
