One sided and biased decision against promote officers is going to harm Railway immensely. Such atmosphere and stepmothetly treatment does exists in Railway only.

Gr. B are the backbone of indian railway, Dont demorolise them by changing the the whole system. It will affect the indian railways.

Highly demoralised with stepson like behaviour revived at this level. It’s absolutely like Britisher’s behaviour with Indians.
