Equal status and equal oppertunities for equal work. Stop discriminatory attitude towards group B/ promotee Railway officers. When duties cannot be differentiated why different approach for carreer prospects. Follow principle of natural justice

Withholding the prospects of Gr.B officers will bring down the railway safety and efficiency.We are the most experience work force know the ground reality and take the decision appropriately...all the key working posts are handled by Gr.B offices only and trains are running on the our skill work.

Working as a group B officer is very difficult in railway. Last 10 years i am working no promotion and lot of de humiliation from group A officers.

Once inducted as officer, all officers, may it be GrA or GrB, are at par with each other. So why such discrimination when duties, responsibilities, powers all are same? Besides, DITS process face always "caused" delay. So, such discrimination must stop in Railways. Jai Hind.

DITS is following practice for railways not year of allotment and DOP&T rules r not applicable to railways there is no same work same pay in Railways

Equal pay for equal work and there should not be any discrimination in same status. There should not be step mother treatment for Group B & C and treat all Group A, B & C as Indians.

Right of equality is as per law. We should not be discriminated from Gr A officers. Policy should be same for Gr A and Gr B officers
