SAVE RAILWAYS: STOP DEMORALISATION OF PROMOTEE OFFICERS and HARD WORKING STAFF

Please stop this descrimination

Promotee officers r backbone of IR, this system was prepared that young chaps and well experienced group will improve indian railway on a new top. This will also effect on IR improvement. Save us Save Railway.

Promottee officers come to the officers cadre with a vast experience which can not be undermined... It's time to go on offensive... No more defence.

Railway board orders issued on 6th and 7th 9f Dec-2017, it is highly discriminated, seviourly effects on group B cadre on carrier progress and moral values before DR's. Therefore it is requested do justice to Group B Cadre, duly following the laid down procedures.

Group B officers are priceless assets to Railways as they come with readymade experience with overall railway knowledge and contribution to Railways from day one. Our contribution is at par with group A officers...We deserve equal treatment in all fronts...Such at par treatment will come with double benefit...first it will encourage all group B officers to contribute their best for betterment of Railways and second... the disparity between group A and group B officers will vanish enabling all officers to team up for general interest of Indian Railways.

Stop recrimination against promotee officers

The decision given by railway board totally partiality nd demoralise the GrB officers.

Instead of this discrimination, the very channel of promotion from Group C to Group B may please be withdrawn

I strongly oppose the decision.

Save Group B officers of Indian Railways, The back bone of IR.

Equal pay for equal work. Please treat Group.A and B equal

I totally deny discrimination orders of Railway Board against promote officers.

Sir, though there is no difference btwn official functions of group B officers and directly recruited group A officers in Indian Railways there exist clear discrimination by granting inferior pay, lower status, poor avenue of promotions and by latest Railway Bd Letter No. E(O)I/2014/SR-6/11CC pt dated 06/12/2017 & 07/12/2017. Hence, kindly help Railway promote Officers from getting demoralised by biased decisions of Railway Board. Kindly look into this matter & save thousands of hardworking promote Railway Officers.
