The promotion rules should be amended so as to give equal opportunity to promote officers at par with direct recruitees

Myself working in SER as Senior Scale Officer and empanelled for JAG. I strongly opposed the decision of RB followed by Court order.

Equality and no discrimination is my fundamental right .

Equal responsibility equal pay dignity and promotion is our fundamental requirement

GrA promotions guaranteed at 4 th year and there after till JA grade This is the advantage and privilege of coming through UPSC which all agree Now , GrB come in GrA seniorty after a laid down process of DPC (done by UPSC)and fixing of interse seniority as per laid down norms of DOPT/ IREM . So what's wrong in this . Why are GrA people afraid and getting scared . They already have an advantage at the start itself. Be happy with it and move on. Why discrimination? Till today GrB never fought why they are not getting promotions in the fourth yr itself in gazetted service?
