Like direct officers promotee officers' should have assured career prospects

Group B officers, after spending up to 18 years of Gazetted service are being ducted to Gr A. Even this is not digestible to Direct recruits and employing unjust methods to demoralize Gr-B officers. This practice will result in further deterioration of Indian Railways.

Stop discrimination.. please withdraw the biased order issued by Railway board for the good health of indian railway..

Dear Sir, democracy is in peril, our constitutional right equality for all, equal opportunity to all are endangered. Letter issued by Rly Bd dt. 11.08.16, dt 06.12.17 and 07.12.17 regarding promotion of Gr.B officers are the strong initiative towards their demoralization. Everyone in Bd as well as top management is worried for Gr A DRs only. Kya system k liye wahi ek important h. Downline staffs are worthless. If the career progression of Gr A is important, than the same is equally important for others too. So I stongly condemning the aforementioned letters issued by the Rly Bd. Immediately it should be withdrawn.

The unjustified and illegal letter of Railway Board st.06.12.17 and 07.12.17 should be withdrawn.

Indian Railway cannot run with only Gr-A officers . They are the officers who actually runs the Railways duly giving their droplets of blood for the service of such a big Public transport system.

Do justice

Railway Board please stop biased decisions against the promotee officer's.

Responsibility, sop is same for gr b and gr a officers, but why discrimination at promotion avenue

Railway Board’s orders are not only arbitratorybut also beyond the CAT’s orders which clearly shows discrimination against the promottee officers which are back bone of the Railway.they are already facing discrimination in initial grade of officers,promotion in Sr scale etc now these orders will be nails in coffin.Immidiate intervention of MR and CRB required to prevent future damage of Railways.
