This is shame on Indian Railway for biased decision against promotee officer. They are also biased on reservation issue even though clear order for no reservation in promotion.

Sir, we are group b officer , working for same work but getting less payment, pay grade, no promotion , we feel demoralizing due to sudden policy change. Even indian gazatee also declared us group a .but railway not giving any status.

Promotee officers have first hand grassroot experience, which make them a able administrator. Moreover they are not randomly selected, but they have cleared a fiercely fought competition and earned they place.

This decision of Railway Board Dt. 06.12.2017 is genocide of long experience personal of Indian Railway. Immediate unconditional withdrawal of this letter is requested in order to maintain harmony in huge organized established organization.

Demoralization of promote officer certainly affect the whole working system and devlopment of railway becouse of majority in number than direct officer.
Rly Minister may kindly intervene to boost up the moral of promotee officer other wise non of promotee officer will work with enthuism.
