SAVE RAILWAYS: STOP DEMORALISATION OF PROMOTEE OFFICERS and HARD WORKING STAFF

Any organisation should have mix talent I.e experience and youth both should get opportunity to rise at any level as they can as per their intelligence hence age old practices,rules,traditions should not be withdrawn for the benefit of one and long term damage to organisation. Request to resolve matter within organisation by board early.

I am in support of the demands for promotee officers and promotional rights.

Shame full attitude of railway administration against group b officers

The decision given by board is astonishing.

We feel demoralised.save us.

Stop British era policies and don't treat promote officers as 2nd class citizens of India. In one Indian Railway why different policies for Gp-A,B,C,D?

It will adversely affect the railway system

Railway future ??????? , Group A direct officers has negligible experience, whereas A promottee officers were having experience of atleast 13 years, with this decision, Promottee officers will be demorlised . Many may quit. For temporary benefit of few direct officers, not only Railway , but our nation and societywill hv to suffer.

RB decesion is not accepted

It is sorry to say that Promotee officers in Railways have no carrier prospects. Their experience is wide,& utilized by Group A but the supremacy lies with Group A. Without Group B officers Railway will loose it's Back Bone. This injustice is not bearable. We have The Fundamental Rights of Equality but that's violated in our case. The court of law is also with Group A. What will happen when all Group B gives Mass Resignation. It's is therefore requested to The President, the Prime Minister & the Honorable Rail Minister & the highest Court of law to kindly intervene in to the matter and resolve this matter.

Injustice for Group -B officers. It decrease energy level which is not able to improve the Railway Working System.should be reviewed.

Stop discrimination

An efficient and experienced person from grass root of railway are discriminated by no promotion of last 10/12 years , Result loss of Railway in getting good and perfect decisions resulted safety of Railway at risk. No one will save railway,s prestige and destruction of a good and massive railway organization. Because an engineer cannot treat the sick patient,like this in railway Great B OFFICER ARE REAL DOCTOR FOR SOLVING THE REAL PROBLEM BY HIS INTELLIGENCE AND A LONG PRACTICAL FIELD EXPERIENCE

This is total harassment of promotee officers to revert from the promoted group A .This May lead towards the ultimate degradation of the Railway department.And also affect the routine work such as traffic control and day to day runnng of trains maintenance of existing infrastructure.

same rank should be same pay & same promotionals aspects. Stop demoralising group B OFFICERS.
