Stop discrimination between two services and save Gr. B officers.

Pls do justice for promoted officer

instead of bridging the gap between two service classes such act will lead to discrimination and dissatisfaction and ultimately result in deteriorating Railway working and further damage the image too. there must be clearcut policy decision for GR B with time bound promotion and specific guidelines on seniority and future promotion distinctly. Group B & C employees are backbone of Railway system. By demoralizing group B officers, irreparable loss will cause to Railway. Promotion getting too much delayed eventhen recommendations to provide GP 5400/-on completion of 4 years not being implemented, an urgent action need to be taken

Railway promotee officers demoralized due repeated action taken by Board against them, who are backbone of Railway systems. Also, not a single decision in favor of Promotee officers has taken by Board even after recommendation of 7th CPC I. e. GP. 5400/- after 4 years service.

Once we are performing same duties & responsibilities then there should be no difference.

Injustice for group B office rs it must stop

There should be only two categories. (a) Gazetted (a) Non-Gazetted. Promotion policies should be same for all.

It's very unfortunate for the promoter officers to face the apartheid of Direct officers.. it must stop immediately.

Majority group B officers should not be demoralised
