The act of Rly Board and DOPT is worstly poor regarding the promotion of Gr.B officers.It is no doubt that the decision of promotion is being dealt by ClassA officers only.Hence it is obvious that the inclination is towards their group only.None of them are thinking for the country.The Class A officers in higher ranks take the help of GrB only while working.They get advantage from GrB,but while in promotion,they limit us. Hence pl do protest in every stage against this act of limitations .

So far my knowledge regarding promotion Rlys done their job as per rule & provision prior to these two letters. Whether DPC and placement is not having any values. Top management must think about these letters and should take immediate action to dispense off the proposed decision to maintain unity and prosperity of Rlys also to stop demoralisation of promotee officer.

Dec 11, 2017 Sir, we are group b officer , working for same work but getting less payment, pay grade, no promotion , we feel demoralizing due to sudden policy change. Even indian gazatee also declared us group a .but railway not giving any status.  My comments

Both group of cadre doing same work and having same financial power. Then what is the reason for such discriminations
