Sir, we the promotee officers of railways are having so much experience in railways working. We have been selected to gazzeted cadre only after passing the competitive examination and after acquiring certain working experience. But we have been treated step motherly by direct officers and our carrier progression is in danger. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action to give us justice.

We are performing our duty woh a large span of experience wich actually created best technical knowledge.it is not good to any organisation to ignore the genuine demand of promotee officers at the last I like to say experience is more precise back use it take time to build up.so it is requested to administration to consider our demand.

Rly bd has deliberately issued the letters dated 11.08.16,6.12.2017 & 07.12.2017 which harms the interest of Group B officers and Promotee Group A Officers . The will affect on the working of all Group B and Group A officers morale. Its gross injustice and smacks like bond of slavery b'coz the promotion chances are curtailed in an unjustified way. All railway men s working in Group C also affected by these orders and their federations should look forward the issue and a mass agitation should start immediately.

Group A got promotion so qiucker while group B officer is getting so late. This is not justified.
