For the same work A promotee officer spends 15 valuable years for senior scale promotion compared to less than 3 yrs. For direct recruit. Pl look into the problems of promotees with minimum humanity, sympathy and commitment.

The Promotee Officers Seved in JS and SS for more than 17 years with less pay compared to Direct Recruit but with the Same work and responsibilities. In fact his confirmation in IRSE should be reckoned from the date of his iduction to group B. 5 yearso credit in advance itself is an injustice.

Highly disappointed with the order issued by Board. It is a clear cut discrimination to Promottee officer. We should fight at all level for our rights.

Promotee officers should be inducted in Gr.A service after completion of 3 years in Gr.B service.
