As a parent of two kids, I believe they should be able to wear their own clothes instead of a uniform to school.

I don't want uniforms n ours school for 1 thing my daughter is tall n has curves n they don't fit her correctly , on the other hand I have a child starting Prek this year n he is so skinny I know I will have problems finding him the right fit. Also why should our girls be forced to wear these ugly uniforms that r not cute nor made for them. On top of that it is an added expense when u have to turn around n buy more clothes for them when they get home from school n on the weekends, then there is the shoe issue we would have to go back to certain colors n who n their right mind thinks that u can find shoes that r comfortable cute n makes a child feel good about themselves n these colors they want us to buy for our girls. I want my children to be able to express their selves with their clothing not every girl is a Tom - boy or a girly- girl , not every boy is a sporty- guy or even a dressy- guy. My daughter has not broken any rules with her clothing so why should she n her little brother b made to wear these ugly uncomfortable uniforms. Myself as a parent does not want to see uniforms come back to QSD at all I do not support it at all. Thanks Savannah Beckman

It's a lot cheaper on parents to buy clothes that your child can wear at any time versus having to buy 2 sets of clothes, uniforms for school & regular clothes when they aren't at school. Sticking with the no uniform policy is definitely the better option in my opinion.

How can a child develop their personality if they have to be dressed in the same thing all the other kids are. It takes away from their personality leave it like it is

My kids hate these uniforms . As do I . How can they become individuals if they all look the same.
