This is not a suitable location for a business like this.

Thank you for hearing our voice. I am just curious, as I am a Realtor, if you are marketing to some possible locally owned businesses. I know that there are so many people in the Memphis area that aren't aware of how great the spina, and Yorkshire area is. When I show clients this neighborhood, their eyes are opened and I end up selling a lot of homes in the area! There are many moms driving down Quine to avoid Park, picking up and taking their kids to Hutchison, MUS, Ridgeway, and Westminster. I bet they would love to have a coffee shop, bakery, or deli type place to stop into. Again, thanks for being open minded. I know it's not as easy as selling a home!!

Please consider the fact that CMU-2 zoning does not permit car and truck rental. Also, such a business is not one that matches the type of neighborhood where this is located.

Budget car rental in a neighborhood? Has absolutely no redeeming value for us. Needs to be on well travelled streets with other businesses. NOT a small neighborhood center with businesses that have been there for decades.

Preserve the neighborhood and property values and dissuade crime that is often accompanied by certain types of retail establishments.

This will have a terrible impact on the home values in Yorkshire and Sea Isle.

This is a great neighborhood- like another high point terrace. I see more and more young families walking their dogs pushing their children in strollers. This is a middle class neighborhood that has become desirable to you families and we don’t need a truck rental agency. These types of changes will make quince start to look like summer ave!

I oppose the Budget Car & Truck Rental plan for the Yorkshire Shopping Center.

Keep residential areas residential. The noise and traffic from multi-zoned areas create poor resale value and quality of life for homeowners.

Agreed. Well said. Instead, why doesn’t YSC insure this small vacant building and lease it at nominal cost to a nearby neighborhood group as neighborhood welcome center (like VECA has) and support community assets on Quince AND the stakeholder neighbors who support YSC and are a stable tax base?

Do not bring this to our neighborhood. We need something that us an asset to this community not a detriment. What happens then to the surrounding residences and their property values??

This petition for a rental car lot would be detrimental to this neighborhood.
