As an equestrian I am finding it more and more difficult to find trails to ride. Santa Margarita is the only trail I know of with a water source in Southern Cal that equestrians can ride and enjoy. It would be a shame to lose this important treasure. it's too bad the Conservancy is having to pay top dollar because of the middleman who wants to be greedy.

These trails are a great use of this property. Please keep them on the deed so they will remain no matter who owns the property

As a Trails Committee member for the County of Riverside, I can think of no more important work than to preserve this wonderful recreational asset in perpetuity.

This would be outrageous to have yet another place closed to the public that e enjoy the outdoors as a way to get out of their homes.

Respectfully request FPUD record legal easement on deed to provide for non-motorized public trails use, including equestrian, throughout the river property.

Please save the trails! They are therapeutic for so many people and their horses.

What reasons has FPUD given for repeatedly deferring the decision to vote on recording the easement on the deed? Sounds like they are dragging their feet to run down the clock. As a constituent, I will be mindful of their performance on this issue when it's time for me to vote. I wonder how many people actually vote for FPUD seats? 1,000 is a lot in a small town.
