This is absolutely disgusting. Libraries are the refuge of poor but academically able kids. If it weren't for libraries I don't think I'd be paying the high taxes I do pay. They are a way out of poverty for many children and enrich the lives of the people who use them.
We need more libraries, not less
There should be a library on every street corner.
I bet there is a direct corallation between the reduction of libraries and the increase of street crime over the past 15 years

We don't need flats here its already a residential area. This library needs to stay, kids are still growining up and learning!!!. I remember we use to go here all the time!

Please do not build an apartment block at the venue of the Preston road library. This place is getting very crowded. We already have 7000 new homes in Wembley. Preston does not have to compete.
Reinstate the library instead.
