It is a shame to Catholicism that this is being allowed. After all the archdiocese has undergone, they should take all measures possible to begin redeeming themselves for students and living their mission as holy people spreading God’s message.

Things will work out, and the greedy sisters
Some day will have to answer for their actions.
My daughter attended Preston and loved
Everything about it.
Keep praying and believing.

Let's be understanding of the position of the dear sisters. They did not get real salaries. I don't know if they even paid into social security. They worked to deliver a fine education based in their strong faith and dedication to us. They have probably outlived the little money that accrued and their only resource now is the property. There's a solution here. Let's pray and work to secure the donations needed to satisfy their basic needs and to keep our school open as an independent high school. Pam DeFilippo Sloane '61
