Preston High school is such a big part of our community . They educate and help raise girls into beautiful and independent young women . We have lost enough Catholic schools in our community . To lose Preston is just so sad . On top of that these young women should be focusing on colleges rights now . Now they will be forced to find a high school that fits their learning style and personality with very limited time .

My daughter Amanda DiSerio went to Preston got an excellent education and is now a cardiac care nurse. Shame on the sisters of compassion For being so greedy and taking the money while leaving the future students in an undetermined state, they should be ashamed of themselves

My family is heartbroken over this decision to close Preston high school. Beside myself, my two daughters and two granddaughters have graduated from Preston. Another two granddaughters, one is presently a junior, and the other was scheduled to start freshman year in September.
My family has been a part of the Preston community since 1963 !!
It is very disheartening to think that this unique school and all it has to offer will no longer be available to young women.
We are all praying for a miracle

I received an excellent education from PHS thanks to incredible and supportive educators and staff (Dr. Unger, Mr. Martinez, Mr. Carneiro, Ms. Demaio, Mr. Abel, Dr. Z, Mrs. Tortorella, etc) I also met one of my best friends at PHS. It's a shame that these opportunities are being stripped away from current and future students.
