Preston’ was an amazing school that opened so many doors for the bright young women that were in attendance! My dean, Mrs. Younger!!!, was so present and always there! She saw my skills and provided every opportunity for me to explore them whether it was an internship, conference, learning experience, college venture, excursion- you name it she made it possible and made it fun! The point is we weren’t just a social security number earning grades to put the school in a certain percentile! We were women of compassion and brilliance that stayed with us our entire life!

I am so disappointed in the RDC with this decision and the underhanded way it was done. I loved going to Good Counsel College/College of white plains and so many memories of the RDC -- all tarnished now. And the ministries that are being discontinued will be devastating to the Bronx Community -- Preston Center of Compassion serves so many through their ministries

Values tough at this school, directly lead me to the woman I am today - every young woman deserves the unity and education this school provides!!
