This area is currently zoned for low income housing. It is needed now more than ever. San Diego is struggling with its homelessness problem. This only adds to this problem.

I was sad to here that ALL of the people in those apartment on Carmel mountain road need to find a place to move to where can they find LOW-INCOME houses? Please HELP them find LOW-INCOME houses before YOU KICK THEM OUT. WE have our on home but I feel SAD for the PEOPLE in those Apartment.

Almost every day, there is / are article(s) in the U/T regarding the dearth of affordable housing in our area. Now the city goes ahead with giving permission to knock down existing affordable housing and just contribute to the existing shortage?
